1.Name of the Post:  Overall Site Incharge
	No of Post: 02 Qualification: Degree Engineer/Diploma engineer with experience of handling atleast 100/150 units real estate project from start to finish. Should have experience of managing the site, coordination with contractor, architect, structural engineer as well as customers visiting the site.
2.Name of the Post:  Site Engineers
	No of Post: 03 Qualification: Diploma Engineer with experience of working in 2/3 projects from start to finish. Should have experience of managing the site, coordination with contractor, as well as customers visiting the site.
3.Name of the Post:  Sales Manager
	Qualification: Persons with experience of sales and marketing of apartments/commercial properties of large projects. Should be proficient in English and have good communication skills and networking ability.
4.Name of the Post:  Sales Executive
	Qualification: Persons with 2-4 years experience of sales and customer relations for sales of apartments/commercial units. Should have proficiency in computer operations, communication skills as well as wanting to travel to various places in Odisha.
