Regional Resource and Training Center (RRTC), East Zone-III, Odisha (For Prevention of Alcohol and Substance Abuse) run by Association For Voluntary Action (AVA) is going to be conduct the National Survey of National Survey on Extent and Pattern of Substance use in India supported by Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MSJE) Govt. Of India, requires following personnel for Odisha and Chhattisgarh are given below.

1	Regional Project Coordinator (RPC)	Position: 01 Bhubaneswar (Odisha) Duration: 9 months	Essential ·         Masters degree in relevant field. ·         Should have some formal training in the field of substance use disorders. ·          Should be proficient in use of computers and internet and have experience of managing online reporting systems. ·         At least 5 years’ work experience in relevant area Desirable ·         Masters or higher degree in Psychology or Social Work. ·          Experience of working with substance using populations preferably as a project manager / team leader. ·         Experience of managing research projects among substance using populations / health / social sector and supervising teams of health workers / social workers / field interviewers	Rs. 41,500/- Per Month
2	State Project Coordinator (SPC)	Position: 01 Bhubaneswar (Odisha) and Raipur (Chhattisgarh) Duration: 6 months	Essential ·         Masters degree in relevant field. ·         Should have some formal training in the field of substance use disorders. ·          Should be proficient in use of computers and internet and have experience of managing online reporting systems. ·         At least 3 years’ work experience in relevant area. Desirable ·         Masters or higher degree in Psychology or Social Work. ·         Experience of working with substance using populations preferably as a project manager / team leader. ·         Experience of managing research projects among substance using populations / health / social sector and supervising teams of health workers / social workers / field interviewers. ·         Should preferably be resident of the state for which being considered	Rs. 30,000/- Per Month
3	Accountant	Position: 01 nos Bhubaneswar (Odisha) Duration: 9 months	Qualification ·         University degree with experience in accounts ·         Basic knowledge of computers and internet Roles and Responsibilities ·         Financial management of the project activities performed by the organization including maintenance of accounts as per National Institute of Social Defence (NISD) norms. ·         Maintaining SOEs, bills, vouchers etc. as mandated by NISD and submission of utilization certificate and other documents as communicated by NISD. ·         Timely disbursement of salaries to survey staff and payment of other expenses as per norms communicated by NISD / AIIMS. ·         Coordinate with NISD for timely disbursement of grant to the organization. ·         Any other clerical work related to the project.	Rs. 15,000/- Per Month
4	District Supervisor	Position: 04 nos Duration: 5 months Place: Odisha Baleshwar, Cuttack, Kalahandi/ Sambalpur, Khordha, Malkangiri/ Koraput, Nayagarh/ Ganjam and Sundargarh Position: 03 nos Duration: 5 months Place: Chhattisgarh Baster, Bilaspur, Durg, Jashpur, Raipur	Essential ·         Graduate in Psychology or Social Work. ·         Training and experience in assessment of individuals for substance use disorders. ·         Previous experience of participating in health / social surveys as field interviewer or supervisor. ·         Basic knowledge of computers and internet. Desirable ·         Experience in supervising team of health workers / social workers / field interviewers. ·         Should preferably be resident of one of the survey districts of the state.	Rs. 20,000/- (Including DA)
5	Field Interviewer For Household Sample Survey	Position: 30 nos Duration: 4 months Place: Odisha Baleshwar, Cuttack, Kalahandi/ Sambalpur, Khordha, Malkangiri/ Koraput, Nayagarh/ Ganjam and Sundargarh Position: 32 nos Duration: 4 months Place: Chhattisgarh Baster, Bilaspur, Durg, Jashpur, Raipur	Essential ·         Graduate in any discipline (Preferably in Psychology or Social Work). ·         Basic knowledge of computers and internet’ Desirable ·         Training and experience in assessment of individuals for substance use disorders. ·         Previous experience of participating in health / social surveys as field interviewer.	Rs. 18,000/- (Including DA)
